Hotel Policy

ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests must present a photo ID at check in.

Connecting Room Policy/Specific Room Request
Specific room request are considered, but cannot be guaranteed based on hotel occupancy. Kindly highlight the special request when confirming the reservation. Rang Garden will do the best to accommodate this request. However this will still be subject to availability upon the check in time.
Extra Bedding Policy/Extra Guest
The hotel charges $10.00 for additional guest not registered with the hotel and exceeding standard occupancy. The hotel must follow all safety rules in regards to occupancy. Roll-away  beds are available for a fee of $10.00. Roll-away  beds are not available for rooms with two beds.

EARLY CHECK In   Policy
Guest checking in before 2:00 pm are charged a $15 fee, plus tax. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts after 12:30 pm are charged a $25 fee, plus tax. Failing to checkout before 3:00 pm can incur a room charge of one full day plus tax. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

WAIT LIST Policy
Hotel does offer a wait list. Contact hotel directly.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation and no shows are subject to a penalty of the first night’s room and tax deposit.  Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. The first night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card at time of booking. Reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the reservation (including taxes). All reservations held with out a credit card  are considered a 6 :00 pm hold will be considered a  no show  and canceled.

Special Event /Cancellation Policy
This deposit is non-refundable. Reservations over high demand dates can not  be canceled and the full value of the reservation (including taxes) is due in the event of no-show.
Changes to existing reservations are only permitted up until 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

Cash Payment Policy
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check in. In addition, a minimum $100 incidental deposit is required.

Cash Deposit Policy
Cash paying guests (without credit cards) must produce photo identification and a $100 security deposit which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests

INCIDENTAL POLICY
Any incidental charges will be charged directly to the guest upon discover of any damages done to property by guest or visitors upon check out. This includes phone calls, pet damages or missing hotel items.

Noise/Disturbance Policy
The hotel does not tolerate excessive noise or disturbances from guest rooms. If a noise complaint is received, guests may or may not receive one warning to cease the offending activity. If the hotel receives another complaint, guests will be asked to leave the hotel and forfeit any payment due for the room, including the deposit.

Package Handling Policy
The hotel is not responsible for any packages mailed to the guest .We ensure that all packages received are issued to the guest reserved in the hotel. Upon receiving any packages hotel staff is required to signature receiving on behalf of a guest and issuing to a guest requires signature.
The hotel does not store packages for non guest. Packages are stored for arriving guest and departing guest based on circumstance. The hotel does not hold packages more than 1 week for a guest. If this does occur the guest can  charge  a daily storage fee of $5.00.

Pool Policy
No lifeguard is on duty; guests swim at their own risk. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted in the pool without the supervision of an adult. Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in room.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are smoke permitted. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who has long stay..

Occupancy Policy
Parties and gatherings in sleeping rooms are not permitted. The maximum occupancy for all guest rooms and suites is four adults. If more than four adults are found in a guest room or suite, all unregistered guests will be asked to leave the hotel immediately

Outside Vendor Policy
Requesting outside vendor in your room is not permitted due to security breach of the hotel and safety of other guests. Please be advised that first warning will be issued. Should there be any further incident or circumstances with
respect to outside vendor in your room, we will serve you with a notice to terminate your tenancy early and forfeit any payment due for the room, including the deposit.
